Terms of Service

By creating a Manifest Cart account you agree to these terms. Please read them — they explain how earning works and what we expect.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Manifest Cart.

How earning works

When someone buys a product through a photo you posted, the retailer pays a referral commission. After the network's cut, that commission is shared between you — the photographer whose photo made the sale — and the platform that runs the service. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend entirely on real purchases made through your photos. We never promise a specific amount.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you post. You grant Manifest Cartpermission to display and distribute them to operate the service. Only post photos you took and have the right to share, and don't post anything illegal, harmful, or infringing. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Payments and withdrawals

Cash becomes withdrawable only once a sale is confirmed by the retailer, which typically takes 30 to 90 days. Confirmed cash is held in your own connected payments account, and withdrawals are subject to that provider's verification. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you earn.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to manipulate the system — fake clicks, self-dealing schemes, scraping, or abuse of other people's content. We may reverse earnings tied to reversed, fraudulent, or canceled sales.
