Terms of Service

Last updated August 9, 2026

By creating a Manifest Cart account you agree to these terms. Please read them — they explain how earning works and what we expect.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Manifest Cart.

How earning works

Manifest Cartis a content platform. We don't sell products, collect shopper payments, or handle shopper money. When someone buys a product from a third-party retailer through a photo you posted, that retailer pays affiliate revenue directly to Manifest Cart. Based on that revenue, Manifest Cart may credit your account with a content performance bonus — your share for the photo that made the sale. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend entirely on real, non-returned purchases made through your photos. We never promise a specific amount.

Any balance or total shown in your account is an unsecured, non-interest-bearing obligation that Manifest Cart owes you — an accounting record of what we may pay you, nothing more. It is not a bank account, deposit, stored value, digital wallet, or electronic currency, and you cannot add outside money to it. A performance bonus is only earned once Manifest Cart has actually received the corresponding cleared affiliate revenue, which typically takes 30 to 90 days because of retailer return windows. Bonuses may be adjusted or reversed if the underlying sale is canceled or refunded.

Creator Bonus

Manifest Cart may occasionally finalize a Creator Bonus for an already-closed period. Eligibility is based on cleared earnings from qualifying participating-merchant sales during that period. No bonus is promised, projected, or owed before the period is finalized, and the bonus rate may be changed for future periods without changing a period that has already been finalized.

Fraud, manipulated activity, self-dealing, canceled sales, returns, and other invalid activity are excluded. If an underlying sale is later reversed, we may reverse or offset the related bonus against future amounts. Each allocation is rounded down to the nearest cent; any rounding remainder stays with Manifest Cart. Creator Bonuses are taxable income and may be reported on Form 1099-NEC when required. You are responsible for your own tax obligations.

Shopping on Manifest Cart

Shopping through Manifest Cartdoes not earn you cash back. You pay the retailer's normal price — there is no markup and no rebate. Earning applies to media you post, as described above.

Supporting animal shelters

Manifest Cart funds grants to local animal shelters out of its own general corporate budget. How much each shelter receives, and when, is decided by Manifest Cartat its own discretion. We may invite members to nominate shelters or tell us which one they'd like supported; anything a member tells us is advisory input to our corporate giving, not a direction we are obliged to follow. These grants are paid entirely from Manifest Cart's own revenue — they are never deducted from, tied to, or taken out of your earnings, and they are not a charitable donation made by you.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and videos you post. You grant Manifest Cartpermission to display and distribute them to operate the service. Only post media you captured and have the right to share, and don't post anything illegal, harmful, or infringing. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Payments and withdrawals

Identity verification, tax reporting (including 1099s), and the actual movement of money are handled by Stripe, Inc., a licensed money services business. To get paid you set up and keep your own Stripe Express account linked to Manifest Cart.

Cash becomes withdrawable only once a sale is confirmed by the retailer, which typically takes 30 to 90 days. When you request a payout, Manifest Cartinstructs Stripe to route the corresponding funds from our account directly into your own Stripe Express account over Stripe's licensed rails — Manifest Cartnever pools, holds, or sits in the middle of your funds once a payout is initiated. Payouts are subject to Stripe's terms, verification, and fees, which are shown before you link your account. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you earn.

State disclosures. For residents of California, Texas, Florida, New York, and Illinois: the balance shown in your account reflects an unsecured, non-interest-bearing corporate obligation of Manifest Cart — it is not a deposit, stored value, or money held on your behalf. Manifest Cart pays your bonuses from its own revenue and does not accept, hold, or transmit funds for other people.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to manipulate the system — fake clicks, self-dealing schemes, scraping, or abuse of other people's content. We may reverse earnings tied to reversed, fraudulent, or canceled sales.

Disclaimers

Manifest Cartis provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results. Manifest Cart is operated as a permanent, standalone platform and does not intend to enter into corporate acquisitions or exit strategies.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from the app's settings or at manifestcart.com/delete-account. Withdraw any cleared earnings first. Deletion removes your posts and scrubs your personal details, and it closes your access — afterwards you cannot sign in to request a payout, including for any earnings that clear later. We keep a de-identified record of the payment ledger because tax and financial-record law requires it. What we keep after deletion, and for how long, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
